Can’t wait to see this movie!

I just saw the newest “Star Trek” movie, and I must say, I am totally impressed.

As someone who has been a fan of the franchise for such a long time, I was really surprised that Director J.J. Abrams really got it right with this movie.

The movie starts off with Spock trying to eliminate a black hole with some red matter, but the black hole laid claim to the Romulan homeworld, Romulus. Spock and Captain Nero were pulled into a black hole which yanked them both back into the past. Nero blamed Spock for the destruction of Romulus, and vowed to seek his revenge.

In the past, Nero takes aim at the Kelvin, which sees George Kirk saving the lives of 800 people as well as his wife and newborn son, Jim, after being Captain of the Enterprise for 12 minutes. The ship was destroyed after Nero asked it’s Captain about Spock.

Cut to Jim’s childhood where he’s seen doing crazy stunts and growing up to be a rebellious guy. He starts hitting on Uhura and gets rejected and gets into a fight.. Then he gets approached to enter Starfleet by Captain Pike, who told him about his father’s career in Starfleet.

It has just been confirmed that actor Jamie Bower is set to play the leader of the Volturi, Caius, in the forthcoming Twilight movies.

Okay girlies, you can fan yourselves off now. He’s a little hottie, though, isn’t he? He’s 20, so he’s legal, ladies.

This won’t be his first foray into acting, though. He was also in “RockNRolla” and “Sweeney Todd“.

Dakota Fanning has apparently agreed to be in the “Twilight” sequel, “New Moon“. She’ll be acting the part of Jane in the vamp flick.

Think they’ll try to sexy her up? Maybe fix that grill?

Six years after the last Charlie’s Angels movie was made, Drew Barrymore says that she wants to do another. Apparently, shooting begins later on this year.

Of the movies, Drew says, “I’m so into it…They’re hard movies to make, but they’re fun.”

Sources also reveal that there just might be a fourth angel added to the mix. Who do you think should make the cut?
