Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael, is in trouble again, after he reportedly threatened to off his fiancee, Erin Muller and himself, after she tried to dump him.

Lohan was arrested quietly on April 6, 2009 for a threat he made over the phone to his fiancee, Muller on March 18, 2009.

He reportedly flipped out yesterday when he saw reporters as he walked into the court.

Lohan faces up to a year in jail over the incident. He’s due in family court in Westbury today, to talk about his child support debt of $12,000.

Lindsay Lohan’s home was broken into at 3 p.m. PST today.

Law enforcement officials say that the alarm company received a notice that the alarm had been tripped at Lindsay’s home. When they arrived, they noticed evidence of a break in. There were pry marks on the back door along with some tampering with the back window.

Nothing was taken from her home and Lindsay was not at home at the time of the break in. Maybe they should check any paparazzi footage, I thought they had her house on stakeout 24/7.

Lindsay Lohan was leaving Ceccini’s Restaurant last night when a valet from the restaurant scuffed up her borrowed Maserati on a street sign.

Lindsay Lohan was snapped leaving the Tribe Hyperclub last night in Montreal when she had a little “oops moment” on the red carpet.

Lohan tripped and fell into the waiting SUV while on her way in. She was helped in by the security staff. She can be heard saying that her knee hurts.

Samantha Ronson was out about in the West Village yesterday, looking just as scarily skinny as Lindsay Lohan. Methinks they’re still having that skinny contest going.

Lindsay Lohan is in talks to star in “Peepshow“, a topless Las Vegas strip show. Lohan has had her share of financial difficulties recently, and needs something to help her star shine brighter. What else is she going to do? She can’t act and she can’t really sing.

Lohan attended the grand opening of the show, but reportedly made the meeting with producers Mel B. and Kelly Monaco to discuss her taking over the show for Monaco. Apparently she wants to go back to filming “General Hospital”.

A source says, “People forget that she [Lohan] is a “triple threat” – she can act and sing and dance. She feels that this would really revitalize her career and give her some serious theater cred.”

Not sure who their source is, but have they seen her act? She’s great in kid’s movies, but anything else is just reaching.

Ali Lohan partied it up at a hotel until 3am with mom, Dina and sister, Lindsay. Real nice.

Might want to put something on that lip, eh? Oh yeah, and it sucks to be a teenager in the media spotlight.

Samantha Ronson doesn’t waste and time. She has already reportedly found a new girl to bang in Lindsay Lohan’s place.

A snitch at the Chateau Marmont says that Sam was “clearly with another woman – somewhat of a Lindsay look-alike, but with very dark hair. They sure looked very cozy, if you know what I mean.”

The woman’s name is reportedly Cindy and was seen emerging from Sam’s Los Angeles home on Sunday.

Yeah, but how is Sam going to be able to charge thousands for her DJ services now? I mean, I hate to be the one jumping on the side with Michael Lohan here, but I’ve heard that Sam wasn’t a very good DJ and she got extra for having Lindsay show up.

After a judge in Beverly Hills recalled Lindsay Lohan’s arrest warrant, she can now breathe a sigh of relief. Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, showed the court proof that she was in fact, compliant with her alcohol education classes.

The judge said, “The warrant is quashed and set aside. I’ve seen additional proof…that Lohan has been compliant with her program. There is no indication of dirty tests.”

The judge also ordered that Lindsay show new proof of enrollment in a drug class by April 3rd.

I’m wondering how she skated by without having any dirty drug tests. Did she have Sam pee for her?

Wanted by police: Ditzy firecrotch cokewhore Lindsay Lohan.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Lindsay Lohan, according to a statement released last night.

The Beverly Hills PD released this statement:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan . The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

I thought that she paid her debt to society with that 84 minutes she served?

Coincidentally, this picture was taken yesterday after she left GB Restaurant in Beverly Hills. The snappers out there follow her every move, why don’t the cops get their tips from them and just pick her up?
