Lindsay Lohan has rejected the plea deal that she was offered in her jewelry theft case. The rehabbed actress wants to go to trial so that she can prove her innocence! Are you surprised?!??

She was offered a deal that would’ve seen her suffer through an entire three months of jail time, in favor of a court battle and a full year’s prison sentence if she loses.

I don’t think Lindsay took the necklace with the intention of not returning it. But, on the other hand, she didn’t sign any paperwork suggesting that the piece was on loan, either.

She returns to court on April 22, 2011.

Lindsay Lohan is still in a heap of trouble over Kamofie & Company’s claims that she thieved a necklace that was said to be worth $2,500. Since the jewelry store sold off the rights to the surveillance footage and has said that they plan on auctioning off the necklace, Lindsay’s lawyer is meeting with the judge in a last ditch effort to try to avoid jail time.

Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Holley is meeting with the judge right now, along with the prosecutor in the case, Danette Meyers.

A source said, “Holley is trying to use the fact that the jewelry store owners sold the surveillance video to keep her client out of jail. Or at least consider greatly reducing the six months that the DA is seeking for the probation violation.”

Should she get a lesser sentence because the jewelry store is selling everything off? Were they in it for the money and the publicity? What do you think?

In the history of epic excuses, this has to be the lamest thing I’ve ever heard!

Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole a necklace worth $2,500, but now her assistant has pulled a stupid lulz-worthy excuse out of the sky. Apparently, she was just too busy to return it!

Lindsay snatched the necklace and said that she would return the next day for her original purpose, buying another piece of jewelry. Now, her assistant said, “Ms. Lohan was in possession of the necklace and wanted to give the necklace back to the store the day after she took it from the store, but she was very busy.”

She wasn’t too busy to have the necklace returned once she heard that the cops were getting a search warrant for it! Excuse busted!

Guess it must’ve been pretty awkward when Lindsay Lohan ran into the cast of Glee in West Hollywood on Sunday night!

If you’ll recall, last year, when Gwyneth Paltrow filmed her guest spot, she really laid the verbal smackdown on Lindsay for her stints in rehab.

The cast and Lindsay came face to face on Sunday and the cast did the right thing and apologized.

Sources tell us the cast walked up to LiLo … apologized for the jokes … and said they didn’t mean to hurt her feelings. Lindsay accepted their apology and everyone parted ways.

Don’t expect the same thing to happen if Lindsay bumps into Jay Leno. Or David Letterman. Or Jon Stewart. Or Jimmy Kimmel. Or …

So how many times has she been to rehab now?? HA.

Here’s Lindsay Lohan sporting her best trout pout and long hair extensions as she shops the day away at Fred Segal in Los Angeles. She’s looking down so that no one recognizes her, but she’s kind of hard to avoid since getting into so much trouble.

Poor thing, someone should tell her to stop injecting her lips with whatever she’s paying them to stuff in there. It’s not like none of us have seen Freaky Friday or The Parent Trap and don’t know what her real lips look like, right?

Kudos to Lindsay Lohan for finally getting her head out of her butt! According to her father Michael, she has already passed ten random drug tests since leaving the Betty Ford Center on January 3, 2011.

In a recent interview, Papa Lohan said, “Lindsay is doing four or five tests a week and she has passed all of them with flying colors. She’s doing really great right now. She is serious about staying healthy and is avoid all the old things she used to do.”

On a side note, remember that time when Michael Lohan vowed not to talk to the press about her anymore? Apparently he doesn’t, either.

Lindsay Lohan just got out of rehab at the Betty Ford Center a week ago, so now it seems that she’s back on top of the world. And she should be. She ditched her role in Inferno and has cleaned up her act. With the exception of those nasty looking lips of hers, I’d say that she’s doing alright. She’s working on a jewelry line and was just gifted an onyx Range Rover…Must be nice!

She recently moved right next door to ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson in Venice Beach. She was said to be having a privacy fence erected to keep Sam from spying. Even more recently, the former couple shared a nice dinner together.

On Sunday, Lindsay was treated to courtside seats at the L.A. Lakers game. She is still apparently trying to get Sam’s attention – even on Twitter. Sam tweeted about the game, saying, “i think the knicks are jet lagged. they’re getting sleepy right now- someone wake em up!!!” And Lindsay said, “@samantharonson they played well though :)”

Lindsay Lohan wants to spread the word about her 6126 leggings line, but she only has 242,409 followers on Twitter. It may seem like a lot, but to a celeb, it’s really not a high number.

To properly spread the word about the clothes she’s hocking, Lindsay wants more followers.

She tweeted:

i need MORE followers i am so sad about this, how can i tell everyone about my 6126 full collection COMING OUT! all clothing

Rumors were all over the place about Lindsay Lohan kissing on Jessica Alba’s husband, Cash Warren. Lindsay says that there’s no truth to the rumors.

The two were said to be smooching it up at Villa on November 19th, but LiLo says there wasn’t anything going on.

She said, “It’s absurd. He is married. I wouldn’t dare kiss him.”

What she means is that she no longer plays for that team and he’s an ugly douche. Truth.

Yes, you’ve read that correctly, Jon Gosselin thinks he’s got what it takes to bring in the girls. After conquering Kate, he moved on to Hailey Glassman, Kate Major, and the nanny, Stephanie Santoro. Now, Jon’s got his eyes on the much bigger prizes.

Rumor has it that Jon has his sights set on Kristin Cavallari, Lindsay Lohan, along with Whitney Port. And remember what Kristin said about that stripper who molested her? I can’t even imagine what she’ll say about this nonsense. She kept mum when John Mayer claimed they never tasted the Skittles rainbow together, but I don’t think she’ll keep her trap shut about this one.

According to sources, Jon has a little list that he made up. Michael Lohan would be so proud!

The snitch said, “What he really wants is to hook up with Lindsay Lohan, Kristin Cavallari and Whitney Port.”

Like they’d really go for that?

Lindsay Lohan knows that her star’s shininess is fading, so she has to take drastic measures to remain relevant.

Apparently that includes getting naked for a photoshoot and simulating sex in a threesome photoshoot for “Purple” magazine.

I guess she’s got bills to pay. Considering that she’s running up bills at Kitson that she obviously doesn’t want to pay for, I’d fathom a guess that she’s doing this for the cashola. Just an observation.

I hope they pay well!

I guess Lindsay’s well-being wasn’t really at the top of Michael Lohan’s priorities. Rumor has it that he tried to sell the frantic recordings of the actress for a cool $100,000. “RadarOnline” subsequently turned him down, but gave him an interview that was paid after the tapes were released. Way to go, dad!

According to “Page Six”:

Michael told us that a six-figure demand for the tapes “was a complete lie,” but when asked if he was paid for his interview, he said, “That’s in the hands of my lawyers. They deal with that.”

He insisted, “This isn’t about money or getting paid, it’s about saving my daughter.”

Sure it is….and I’m the Pope.

In other Lohan related news, apparently he’s gearing up to testify against former buddy Jon Gosselin. In a lawsuit brough against him by TLC, Mike plans on giving testimony against the father of eight.

Mike said that he had deals in the works with Jon, but he ended up bailing. TLC plans to depose him along with Hailey Glassman in the case. Stay tuned….

The rumors that were floating around suggesting that Lindsay Lohan cornered Gerard Butler in a nightclub and slobbered all over him cause Lindsay to just laugh.

I wonder why she laughs? Is it because she knows she doesn’t have a chance with someone that hot? Or is it because she’s still playing for the girl’s team?

She tweeted, “One minute I’m dumped, the next I’m dating a model, now Gerard? WHO HAS THE TIME! Such lies – it keeps me laughing.”

If it were Gerard, I think most of us would find the time.

She posted these photos of herself wearing fangs to show her fangirl-ness. (Is that even a word?)

Lindsay Lohan’s home has been burglarized once more!

I think I would have to tighten up on security if my house got broken into more than once. Apparently three jokers broke into her Hollywood Hills home last night and took some watches. The thieving was caught on her surveillance cameras and authorities are on the scene.

Michael Lohan says that a safe was ripped out of the wall and some watches were stolen. He offered this quote, “I am not going to put up with individuals violating my family. Lindsay is a charitable, generous person that always gives. This is a personal violation and it has got to stop.”

I hope they show the video.
