According to RadarOnline, they’ve spoken with Hailey Glassman’s attorney, Anand Ahuja, who claims that this whole break in thing was just a big huge publicity stunt for the father of eight.

Ahuja said, “It appears to be a huge publicity stunt. The police investigation is still ongoing and we are sure the investigation will reveal that someone is trying to frame Hailey. There are no charges against Hailey. I don’t think they are even considering her as a suspect in a crime. It appears that somebody, and I don’t know who that might be, or what their motive might be, is framing her. The detectives are still working on it.”

I don’t think she would be dumb enough to trash the place and then sign her name to a note that was stabbed to his dresser. But then again, she did date Jon, so maybe anything is possible, right?

Yes, you’ve read that correctly, Jon Gosselin thinks he’s got what it takes to bring in the girls. After conquering Kate, he moved on to Hailey Glassman, Kate Major, and the nanny, Stephanie Santoro. Now, Jon’s got his eyes on the much bigger prizes.

Rumor has it that Jon has his sights set on Kristin Cavallari, Lindsay Lohan, along with Whitney Port. And remember what Kristin said about that stripper who molested her? I can’t even imagine what she’ll say about this nonsense. She kept mum when John Mayer claimed they never tasted the Skittles rainbow together, but I don’t think she’ll keep her trap shut about this one.

According to sources, Jon has a little list that he made up. Michael Lohan would be so proud!

The snitch said, “What he really wants is to hook up with Lindsay Lohan, Kristin Cavallari and Whitney Port.”

Like they’d really go for that?

I guess Lindsay’s well-being wasn’t really at the top of Michael Lohan’s priorities. Rumor has it that he tried to sell the frantic recordings of the actress for a cool $100,000. “RadarOnline” subsequently turned him down, but gave him an interview that was paid after the tapes were released. Way to go, dad!

According to “Page Six”:

Michael told us that a six-figure demand for the tapes “was a complete lie,” but when asked if he was paid for his interview, he said, “That’s in the hands of my lawyers. They deal with that.”

He insisted, “This isn’t about money or getting paid, it’s about saving my daughter.”

Sure it is….and I’m the Pope.

In other Lohan related news, apparently he’s gearing up to testify against former buddy Jon Gosselin. In a lawsuit brough against him by TLC, Mike plans on giving testimony against the father of eight.

Mike said that he had deals in the works with Jon, but he ended up bailing. TLC plans to depose him along with Hailey Glassman in the case. Stay tuned….

Hailey Glassman is the daughter of Dr. Lawrence Glassman, and if neither of these two names sound familiar to you, then they will, I promise. Dr. Glassman is the plastic surgeon who performed Kate Gosselin’s tummy tuck. His daughter, Hailey is now dating Jon Gosselin and the two were canoodling aboard Christian Audigier’s yacht in St. Tropez.

But Hailey is not without her flaws. She has an arrest record from 2005, where she was busted for possession of marijuana. She was said to be among friends who were passing a pipe back and forth.

Hailey was nabbed with three grams of pot in her bag. She was given probation after she paid some fines.

The dad on “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ has had some real drama unfold lately. Basically it was said that Jon Gosselin cheated on his wife, Kate, with Deanna Hummel, a school teacher.

Now, it has just emerged that Deanna made a sex tape in the past and one of her douchey ex-boyfriends is trying to shop it around. Nice.

Jon Gosselin has denied any wrongdoing with his “friend” Deanna Hummel, yet the footage of him leaving her home at 7:30 a.m. on March 13th tells a different story.

His girlfriend, Deanna Hummel, was the same girl that he was just caught leaving Legends bar with over the weekend.

Her brother, Jason, says that Deanna and Jon would “pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers. It was weird. He’s a grown man. A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um – how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let’s just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who’s, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a mayvbe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast.”

Nast? Ick? I think I’m in love.

Jon Gosselin, one half of the reality TV hit, “John & Kate Plus 8″ has been so busted!

It’s being reported by “Us Weekly” that Gosselin was caught (and snapped) leaving a club at 2 a.m. with another woman.

He arrived at Legends Lounge at 11:20 p.m. and by 2 a.m., he “could barely walk” (i.e.: drunk). He left through the back entrance of the bar with his lady friend.

He was overheard yelling, “Hey, babe! Babe! Give me my jacket!” before he got into his car. She gave him his jacket and as the cameras started flashing, he told his lady friend to get in the car and sped off without turning on the headlights.

So Jon was driving drunk?
