“Burn Notice” star Jeffrey Donovan has gotten himself in some hot water!

Donovan was arrested for driving under the influence in Miami, Florida on July 12, 2009. He was released after booking No word yet on when his court date is set for.

I guess he’s not a big enough star to get only 71 minutes in the pokey, huh?

Meet Richelle Olson, a 39-year old Palmdale, California resident and also the woman who is suing Sacha Baron Cohen. The incident was an alleged attack on Olson at a bingo hall during the filming of “Bruno.”

She claims that Cohen came to the charity bingo match for the elderly while in his “Bruno” character. He began calling the bingo numbers in a vulgar and offensive manner, thus leading her to try to grab the microphone away from him.

Olson claims that upon trying to get the mic from him, Cohen attacked her, along with several of his cameramen. She claims that she fell to the ground, suffering bleeding from her brain and has been forced to use a wheelchair or walker ever since.

Courtney Love has had better days, that’s for sure.

She racked up a huge bill, to the tune of $352,659.67, for her three American Express cards…and now they’re suing her for it. Ouch. How does one accumulate so much debt?

The credit card company filed the lawsuit yesterday. Love’s charging privileges have been suspended for “failing and refusing” to make the payments.

Ruh Roh Reorge. Gerard Butler is in twouble!

Gerard Butler has just been charged with misdemeanor criminal battery, according to the L.A. City Attorney spokesman.

Apparently, he had a little altercation with a snapper on October 7, 2007 at 2 a.m., when he reportedly punched one of the paparazzi a few times in the mouth at the Crown Bar in L.A.

He is due in court for his arraignment on June 10th. He could get up to six months in jail if convicted.

After Kiefer Sutherland headbutted fashion designer Jack McCollough over Brooke Shields, he was charged with misdemeanor assault.

Kiefer showed up today to turn himself in at the NYPD’s 1st Precinct. He is not set to do any jail time, just yet. He was given a desk appearance ticket requiring him to appear at an arraignment in about a month.

Paris Hilton is being sued over failing to promote her movie, “National Lampoon’s Pledge This!”

While in court, it has surfaced just yesterday that Paris only looked at her bills for the first time. She said that she didn’t know who takes care of paying her bills, either. When asked if she did anything to promote the movie as an Executive Producer, she responded, “I’m not sure what a Producer does, but — I don’t know, help get cool people in the cast.”

Prior to that, when asked for information on where she was on particular dates, she responds with the best answer ever:

Q: Are there any sites online that you think are reliable in determining where you were on particular dates?

A: I don’t know. I’ll just look around, just press my name and Google it and see.

Lovely. And this girl was paid $23 million from 2006-2007 and she’s got the intelligence of a brick. Most smart Americans are out of work and this twit makes bank. Her Google-Fu is strong.

According to a lawsuit filed by a mother, Enrique Iglesias and his manager (the driver) ran over her daughter’s foot back in 2007. The girl was 11-years-old at the time. She’s fine now, and it’s not being said as to the condition of her foot or whether or not she received any sort of extensive medical treatment, etc.

The mother is also suing Iglesias on her own behalf, because she witnessed the incident. What?

I also have to wonder what took them two years to litigate? The mother is claiming that the daughter only wanted Iglesias’ autograph. She’s claiming that the incident was so scarring for her, that she suffered “emotional injury and emotional shock to her nervous system causing her damages.”

The two of them are suing for damages in excess of $25,000.

Jessica Alba was ticketed yesterday for driving her Yukon down a one way street, the wrong way!

She was cited by a Santa Monica officer who gave her the ticket after she was seen driving through an alley going the wrong way.

In the photo above, the sign is very visible.

Good on the officer for not letting her go just because she’s an actress. Ha!
