In the history of epic excuses, this has to be the lamest thing I’ve ever heard!

Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole a necklace worth $2,500, but now her assistant has pulled a stupid lulz-worthy excuse out of the sky. Apparently, she was just too busy to return it!

Lindsay snatched the necklace and said that she would return the next day for her original purpose, buying another piece of jewelry. Now, her assistant said, “Ms. Lohan was in possession of the necklace and wanted to give the necklace back to the store the day after she took it from the store, but she was very busy.”

She wasn’t too busy to have the necklace returned once she heard that the cops were getting a search warrant for it! Excuse busted!

Ahuja said, “It appears to be a huge publicity stunt. The police investigation is still ongoing and we are sure the investigation will reveal that someone is trying to frame Hailey. There are no charges against Hailey. I don’t think they are even considering her as a suspect in a crime. It appears that somebody, and I don’t know who that might be, or what their motive might be, is framing her. The detectives are still working on it.”

I don’t think she would be dumb enough to trash the place and then sign her name to a note that was stabbed to his dresser. But then again, she did date Jon, so maybe anything is possible, right?

She played to a packed crowd as a part of her Monster Ball Tour on Friday and shocked concertgoers by lighting the cancer stick after she was done with her set.

Donovan was arrested for driving under the influence in Miami, Florida on July 12, 2009. He was released after booking No word yet on when his court date is set for.

I guess he’s not a big enough star to get only 71 minutes in the pokey, huh?

She claims that Cohen came to the charity bingo match for the elderly while in his “Bruno” character. He began calling the bingo numbers in a vulgar and offensive manner, thus leading her to try to grab the microphone away from him.

Olson claims that upon trying to get the mic from him, Cohen attacked her, along with several of his cameramen. She claims that she fell to the ground, suffering bleeding from her brain and has been forced to use a wheelchair or walker ever since.

The robbery took place at 10:50 a.m. on Thursday at the B, D, and E station at 53rd Street and Seventh Avenue, according to sources.

Bacon tried to give chase, but lost the thief through the crowd of people. He notified police, but did not tell any subway personnel about the crime.

Gerard Butler has just been charged with misdemeanor criminal battery, according to the L.A. City Attorney spokesman.

Apparently, he had a little altercation with a snapper on October 7, 2007 at 2 a.m., when he reportedly punched one of the paparazzi a few times in the mouth at the Crown Bar in L.A.

He is due in court for his arraignment on June 10th. He could get up to six months in jail if convicted.

Cusick, who plays Desmond Hume on the show, is said to have fondled her butt and breasts, while both were working on the show.

According to the lawsuit, which was filed yesterday, Stone claims that he placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds. Also, she claimed that Cusick “placed his face on top of her breasts, moving his face from side to side,” afterwards squeezing her breasts with his hands.

The lawsuit states that approximately twelve days after the advances, Stone was fired. She lists ABC and Grass Skirt Productions also named as defendants in the case.

She’s seeking an unspecified amount in damages.

She was cited by a Santa Monica officer who gave her the ticket after she was seen driving through an alley going the wrong way.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was seen sneaking around Britney Spears’ Calabasas estate recently, when she was shooed off the property by security guards. After telling the fake fuzz to buzz off, Miranda proceeded to peep into the pop star’s home.

The local Sheriff’s Department was called and they hauled her crazy butt right out of there. And they supplied us with this nifty photo of her mugshot as proof.

We’ve just learned that “Grey’s Anatomy” star T.R. Knight has been in a car accident. Fret not friends, he’s okay.

He was reportedly going eastbound on Hollywood Boulevard and two other cars were going westbound when they hit each other. This was around 2:25 p.m. PST.

He wasn’t injured, but a man and a woman involved were both taken to the hospital via ambulance. Sgt. O.C. Smith said, “No one suffered major injuries”. The woman involved was experiencing some pain, but is in stable condition.

The police are investigating who was at fault, and no citations have been given as of yet.

We’re just glad no one was hurt. I love T.R., he’s the only reason I watch Grey’s anymore.

Amy Winehouse left her home in London earlier today to go to court to answer charges of assault.

She has pleaded not guilty to the charge of common assault stemming from an incident at a London Charity ball last September. She reportedly attacked Sherene Flash after singing at the End of Summer Ball, when the fan asked for a picture with the singer.

The trial has been adjourned until July 23rd. Which means that we are not likely to see Amy in the States anytime soon.

This sucks, I was hoping to see her sometime soon.
