“Burn Notice” star Jeffrey Donovan has gotten himself in some hot water!

Donovan was arrested for driving under the influence in Miami, Florida on July 12, 2009. He was released after booking No word yet on when his court date is set for.

I guess he’s not a big enough star to get only 71 minutes in the pokey, huh?

Someone was sneaky and took some pretty revealing footage of ESPN’s Erin Andrews. We’ve heard that it was taken from someone who drilled a hole into a neighboring hotel room and followed her movements with the camera.

How trashy!

Her attorney has already issued this statement:

“While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent.

She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material.

We request respect of Erin’s privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities.”

Shame on the peeping Tom who filmed this.

Walter Cronkite was an esteemed anchorman for CBS News. He passed away earlier tonight in New York after battling a longtime illness. He was 92-years-old.

His son Chip announced the news as CBS interrupted its programming schedule. He said, “My father Walter Cronkite died.” Afterward, network showed an obituary for the late anchorman.

RIP Walter Cronkite.

Celebrity Death Watch ’09 claims another victim. So sad.

Authorities have revealed that “Reading Rainbow” and “Star Trek” star LeVar Burton has been involved in a minor car accident in L.A. last night.

He reportedly collided with a car making a left turn at the intersection of Laurel Avenue and Beverly Boulevard at approximately 7:30 p.m. PST.

Both of the accident victims were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Chastity Bono has already begun the process of becoming a man!

Her His rep confirmed the news saying, “Yes, it’s true – Chaz, after many years of consideration, has made the courageous decision to honor his true identity. He is proud of his decision and grateful for the support and respect that has already been shown by his loved ones. It is Chaz’s hope that his choice to transition will open the hearts and minds of the public regarding this issue, just as his ‘coming out’ did nearly 20 years ago. We ask that the media respect Chaz’s privacy during this long process as he will not be doing any interviews at this time.”

Even though it really is no secret that Adam Lambert is gay, “American Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi has let the cat officially out of the bag.

I’m not sure why Adam feels the need to have people “speculating”, but DioGuardi wasn’t aware that it was some big secret.

When DioGuardi was asked by Barbara Walters whether or not Lambert’s sexuality may have influenced the voting audience of “American Idol”, she said, “Well, first of all, I hope not….because we should be judiging on talent and viability in the music industry and they both had that.”

She added, “I don’t think that Adam was ever in [the closet]. I think he was always openly out.”

I agree, given that the picture above was released while he was still in the competition.

Tom Sizemore has the worst of luck – either that, or he just needs to stop breaking the law already.

In Hollywood, there was a call placed to police for a possible domestic violence disturbance. Tom was possibly at the wrong place at the wrong time. He already had an outstanding warrant in Bakersfield, California.

Him and a friend, who was in possession of narcotics, were both arrested and booked.

His Bakersfield warrant stems from a May, 2007 incident where he was busted with meth, Valium, Klonopin, and Vicodin on him.

“Details” magazine caught up with Miley Cyrus’ boyfriend, Justin Gaston and he talked about some pretty random nonsense.

In the interview, he talks about how Ashton Kutcher or Johnny Depp should play him if his life were made into a movie. When asked who he would want to trade places with, he responded that he wants to be one of those little lap dogs that get “petted” all day. He says they have the best life, they wake up, get fed and get attention, and he likes attention.

Is it me or does he sound like he has a serious case of ADD?

After listening to him speak, it doesn’t surprise me that him and Miley get along so well. They’re both about as dumb as a brick. It’s a match made in heaven!

Justin Gaston and Miley Cyrus were spotted hanging out at a Yogurt shop, and by the way he was looking at little Noah, we’re thinking that Miley’s probably a little too old for him now.

Eminem raps on his new album, “Relapse” about Mariah Carey, as usual. But this time, he put Mariah’s husband Nick Cannon in the mix and Nick is having none of it!

Nick actually posted this picture of Eminem naked with a butterfly on his site:

He posted on his blog saying that Eminem’s new album is basically mediocre and that he’d give him his just repercussions for the negative talk over his wife. He then says he’d be stupid to challenge Shady to a rap-off, because Shady is good on the mic, but then says he’s whoop his butt if they got into a fist fight.

He then calls Eminem a racist, because he’s hating on Mariah, who is a black woman. This is the part that I really don’t agree with. Having listened to Eminem’s music for quite some time now, I’d have to say that he’s an equal opportunity hater. He’s not only hated on Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, but Kim Kardashian and others of other races, as well. He’s not specifically targeting only black women.

Nevertheless, he’s issuing this challenge to the rapper:

So I’m putting this out there now. Marshall Mathers, you need to holler at me on some grown man shit. Man to man, let’s meet up and deal with this like adults. Now that Justin Gaston is as famous as he can be without being physically with Miley Cyrus, do you think he’ll dump her?

Justin is 20-years-old and will be bar hopping age on August 12th. Will it be then that he realizes that he’s with someone who can barely drive, says “Duh.” and can’t get into a bar?

The dad on “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ has had some real drama unfold lately. Basically it was said that Jon Gosselin cheated on his wife, Kate, with Deanna Hummel, a school teacher.

Now, it has just emerged that Deanna made a sex tape in the past and one of her douchey ex-boyfriends is trying to shop it around. Nice.

Joe Jonas is reportedly so in love with his girlfriend Camilla Belle, that he’s looking to shack up in L.A. with her.

Joe currently shares his Hollywood home with his brothers, Kevin and Nick, but we’re hearing that he wants out to have more privacy with his gal pal.

A friend says, “The Jonas home is too crowded and inconvenient for Camilla. They’re looking for somewhere that’s super private.”

The snitch adds, “His parents are against the idea of Joe getting a condo for himself, though. They want the boys to do everything together.”

Well, they can’t do EVERYTHING together, now can they?
