Tom Sizemore has the worst of luck – either that, or he just needs to stop breaking the law already.

In Hollywood, there was a call placed to police for a possible domestic violence disturbance. Tom was possibly at the wrong place at the wrong time. He already had an outstanding warrant in Bakersfield, California.

Him and a friend, who was in possession of narcotics, were both arrested and booked.

His Bakersfield warrant stems from a May, 2007 incident where he was busted with meth, Valium, Klonopin, and Vicodin on him.

Wanted by police: Ditzy firecrotch cokewhore Lindsay Lohan.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Lindsay Lohan, according to a statement released last night.

The Beverly Hills PD released this statement:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan . The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

I thought that she paid her debt to society with that 84 minutes she served?

Coincidentally, this picture was taken yesterday after she left GB Restaurant in Beverly Hills. The snappers out there follow her every move, why don’t the cops get their tips from them and just pick her up?

Howard K. Stern has been busted for funneling drugs to deceased Playmate Anna Nicole Smith, two years after her passing. He, along with doctors Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich are being charged with a total of eight felonies.

According to California Attorney General Jerry Brown, Stern was the “principle enabler” in providing Anna Nicole thousands of prescription pills that ultimately led to her untimely death.

Brown said that Stern along with both doctors conspired in “prescribing drugs excessively to a known addict and using false and fictitious names all in violation of the law and all in furtherance of a conspiracy.”

He added in today’s press conference, “There’s a lot of money floating around.”

You’re darn skippy there is. If DannieLynn inherits her share of Anna Nicole’s estate, then Stern, as her executor stands to benefit, to the tune of $50 million.

Charles Barkley really got the book thrown at him for his DUI…that’ll teach ‘em, for sure.

The former basketball “star” was sentenced to spending three whole days at Tent City in Arizona. So I’m just wondering, really, how this macho looking douchebag will look in a pink jumpsuit?

He gets tossed into the pokey on March 21st, so we have until then to ponder on that one. I wonder who he had to blow what he had to do to get his ten day sentenced reduced.

Mwuahahaha! Joe Francis has been arrested!!

Joe was arrested in L.A. after having shown up to court five hours late for his hearing in his tax evasion case.

When Francis finally made it to the courtroom yesterday afternoon, he told the judge that he was suffering from the flu. The judge didn’t buy his BS and tossed him into the pokey.

Francis’ latest accusations include claiming more than $20 million in bogus business expenses on his corporate tax returns, including $3.8 million for a Mexican home and $10.4 million in fake consulting services.

The point of yesterday’s hearing was to consider a request from his tax attorneys to recuse themselves.

I guess he must be having the panic attacks now!
