Ahuja said, “It appears to be a huge publicity stunt. The police investigation is still ongoing and we are sure the investigation will reveal that someone is trying to frame Hailey. After the fourth installment, Kirsten is set to be replaced by a new love interest for Peter Parker, Anne Hathaway.

Spiderman 4 is set to start shooting in 2010. A source said, “The plan is for her character to be written out, probably by dying. Anne will take over as Peter Parker’s new love interest for this project and for Spiderman 5 and 6 which are being written now. Anne’s in L.A. doing a lot of meetings on the movie, because filming is right around the corner.”

I like Anne Hathaway, but Spidey only had one true love, Mary Jane.

According to his co-star, Christina Applegate, she’s already seen the little Justin.

She said, “It’s called ‘Going The Distance” and it’s very dirty. It’s the polar opposite of ‘Alvin And The Chipmunks’. These people will not be able to go see that.”

There’s going to be plenty for us all to gawk at in this new flick. She added, “I saw a lot of Justin Long over the summer, I did – you’ll see the movie and you’ll know why I said that.”

I wonder if he’ll be showing full frontal ala “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”. I just hope his acting has gotten better since “He’s Just Not That Into You”. Good God, was that awful.

“Clueless” actress Brittany Murphy has passed away today at the young age of 32, after her mother found her unconscious in the shower. Paramedics were called and tried to revive Brittany, but after taking her to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, she was pronounced dead on arrival.

That was way harsh, Tai. I still can’t believe she’s gone, this is just terrible news. RIP, and I hope drugs had nothing to do with this. So young!

He testified earlier today in his car accident lawsuit with John Graziano that John and his family had “issues.”

While giving his deposition in the case, Nick told attorneys that there was already violence in the Graziano family and the Hogans were even keen on having John live with them.

When asked to clarify what issues he was referring to, Nick said that John had hatred for certain people, homosexuals. After the lawyer asked the type of people John didn’t like, Nick said, “Homos. He wanted to kill homos.”

Yeah, but can you really believe this douche? He nearly killed his best friend after dear old dad purchased him some booze, and then he blamed it on John’s bad karma. Tool.

We’ve learned that she is still in the negotiations stage for the rumored photo shoot, but she “wants a lot of money” and the deal has yet to be finalized.

To date, the Florida Highway Patrol had been unable to question Tiger, but now they are finally letting him off the hook.

It was just announced that Tiger is being ticketed $164.00 for careless driving. The police are not seeking release of his medical records and will not be pursuing any criminal charges.

And why should they? He is his own victim, that alone is punishment enough for the man. Let it go already, so we can move on to more pressing matters. Like how another heffer is creeping out of the woodwork to say she was banging him. Poor Jaimee Grubbs is looking for another 15 minutes.

Rumor has it that Jon has his sights set on Kristin Cavallari, Lindsay Lohan, along with Whitney Port. And remember what Kristin said about that stripper who molested her? I can’t even imagine what she’ll say about this nonsense.
