Lindsay Lohan Is Still Trying To Avoid Jail Time

Lindsay Lohan is still in a heap of trouble over Kamofie & Company’s claims that she thieved a necklace that was said to be worth $2,500. Since the jewelry store sold off the rights to the surveillance footage and has said that they plan on auctioning off the necklace, Lindsay’s lawyer is meeting with the judge in a last ditch effort to try to avoid jail time.
Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Holley is meeting with the judge right now, along with the prosecutor in the case, Danette Meyers.
A source said, “Holley is trying to use the fact that the jewelry store owners sold the surveillance video to keep her client out of jail. Or at least consider greatly reducing the six months that the DA is seeking for the probation violation.”
Should she get a lesser sentence because the jewelry store is selling everything off? Were they in it for the money and the publicity? What do you think?

I’ll be really surprised if she can avoid jail this time as the judge was pretty clear about he avoiding any legal controversies. However… she does not belong in jail because her problem is drug abuse and is not a danger to society. Good luck Lindsay.
