Charlie Sheen and wife, Brooke Mueller, have welcomed twin boys, Max and Bob, into the world on Saturday in Los Angeles.
Charlie said, “Brooke and I are thrilled! She’s the best stepmom Sam, Lola, and Cassandra could ever hope for.”
